The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.87/2018 registered in Police Station Civil Line, District (Revenue & Civil) Bilaspur (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 363, 366 of IPC and 7, 8, 17 & 18 of POCSO Act. 2.
As per the prosecution case, a report was made by mother of the prosecutrix on 23/01/2018 that the applicant on the point of knife abducted minor child took her to different places, thereafter she was recovered from the possession of the applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the case, charge sheet has been filed no further investigation would be necessary. He submits that no sexual overt act has been reported, therefore the applicant may be released on bail. 4.
Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.
Perused the case diary. Perused the statement of the prosecutrix aged about 13 years as also statement of Yasim Begum grandmother of
the victim. Taking into such statement, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail.
