The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as she is arrested in connection with Crime No.285/2016 registered in Police Station Janjgir, District Janjgir-Champa for offence punishable under sections 406, 420 of IPC and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation (Banning) Act, 1978.

As per the prosecution case, the applicant one of the Vice President of the Renatus Cooperative Society working in connivance with the other has allured different people to invest money in the company with a assurance of the high return. However, subsequently the company was closed and the amount was not returned. Said circulation of money was made without permission of the SEBI or RBI.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant being a lady only was for some time in the company, however predominantly presses the application on the ground that applicant being a lady is in jail since 21/07/2016 and she is suffering with disease Chronic Auto Immune Urticaria rare disease wherein specialist treatment are required. He

submits that no further investigation would be necessary and referred to various documents filed and submits that the applicant may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel do not dispute the nature of disease. 5.

Considering the nature of the disease which is not disputed by the State and the fact that applicant is a lady is in jail since 21/07/2016 and also considering the various medical documents, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on her furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for her regular appearance before it as and when directed.
