The case of the petitioner is that the land of the petitioner was acquired for the construction of canal, however, the compensation has not been paid to him. It is contended that the petitioner has made a representation to the Collector Janjgir Champa(C.G.), but the same has not been decided.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to make a fresh representation before the Collector Janjgir- Champa (C.G.) and the Collector, Janjgir Champa (C.G.) may be directed to decide the same. 3.

Considering the devoted prayer made and without any observation on the merits, it is directed that the petitioner shall make fresh representation within a further period of 30 days and thereafter the same will be decided by the Collector Janjgir Champa (C.G.) within a further period of 60 days. 4.
