1. The applicants have preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as they are arrested in connection with crime No.38/2020 registered in Police Station Tongpal, District Sukma C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 20-B of the NDPS Act.

2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with

MCRC No. 4262 of 2021 liberty to revive the prayer at an appropriate stage.
