For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the civil suit is disposed of as having been withdrawn with liberty reserved to the Plaintiffs that in case the Apex Court hold that the title of the property is not with the State Government but with the South Eastern Coalfields Ltd., the Plaintiffs shall be at liberty to file fresh petition.
