By this transfer petition, the Petitioner-wife has prayed for transfer of her case i.e. Miscellaneous Criminal Case No. 241 of 2007 pending in the Family Court, Janjgir-Champa to Family Court, Bilaspur. 2.

The Petitioner has filed the aforesaid case in the year 2007 and since then she has been pursuing the same at Janjgir-Champa. There is no explanation why the Petitioner cannot now attend the hearing at Janjgir-Champa. 3.

I see no good ground for transfer of the aforesaid execution proceedings. 4.

The petition is dismissed.
