This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.91/2021 registered at Police Station Mahasamund, District Mahasamund (CG) for the offenc punishable under Sections 294, 324, 506 of the IPC and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to the death of the applicant, the bail application has been rendered infructuous.
