1. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking regularization on the ground that the petitioner is working on Class-IV post in the

Department of Forest at Khairagarh since prior to 31.12.1997, therefore, he is entitled for consideration of his case for regularization in terms of the State Government's circular dated 5.3.2008.

2. Return filed by the respondents would indicate that the issue of regularization of the petitioner is pending consideration.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take decision in the matter keeping in view the terms of circular dated 5.3.2008 expeditiously, preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order.

4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authority may take decision in the matter, in accordance with law.
