1. By the impugned order petitioners' application for disbursement of compensation amount deposited has been granted in part.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that an amount of ₹ 1 Lakh that has been deposited in the name of Shri Gulabchand Sahu, therefore, respondent No. 2 herein is be directed to disburse the amount of compensation deposited in the name of petitioners.
3. Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to move an application
after six months and that will be considered by learned Claims Tribunal in accordance with law, if the necessity is established.
4. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned claims tribunal by E-mail/Fax itself.
