Hon'ble Shri Prashant Kumar Mishra, Ag CJ Order On Board /09/2021 :

1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.214/2021 registered in Police Station Outpost Balouda, P.S. Saraypali, District Mahasamund for offence under Section 34 (2) of the CG Excise Act.

2. Considering that the applicant has 4 previous antecedents, out of which 3 involved the offence under the CG Excise Act, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to revive the prayer after 3 months.
