The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.153/2021 registered in Police Station Gharghoda, Distt. Raigarh C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 34(2), 59(A) of the C.G. Excise Act.

2. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant

MCRC No. 4067 of 2021 seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer at an appropriate stage.

3. Permission granted.

4. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
