Petitioner is working as In-charge Branch Manager, Bhopalpatnam Branch of District Co-operative Central Bank Limited, Jagdalpur. By the impugned order he has been suspended by the Chief Executive Officer of the said Branch. 2.
Petitioner being an employee of a Co-operative Society, he has alternative remedy of raising a dispute under Section 55 of the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. 3.
Accordingly, the writ petition is found not maintainable. 4.
If the petitioner raises a dispute within a period of one month from today, the Registrar shall consider and decide the same at the earliest. JUDGE Kamde
