Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that review application filed by the petitioner before the Assistant Labour Commissioner is pending consideration since 09.01.2012 and has not been decided till date, therefore, it be directed to be considered and decided expeditiously. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the said authority is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's review application after hearing the affected parties expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
