Hon'ble Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra Order On Board By 22/04/2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

These two petitioners were appointed as Peon vide order dated 25.07.2013, pursuant to process of recruitment initiated by advertisement dated 21.12.2012 by the office of the Director, Tribal Research Institute, Raipur (C.G.).

By the impugned communication, the petitioners have been noticed as to why their services may not be terminated on expiry of period of 30 days. The notice has been issued in view of the finding recorded by the Enquiry Committee that the petitioners have been appointed by inflating their marks in the selection process. With respect to other appointees, the Enquiry Committee has observed that although, their merit position would change, however, they would still be in the select list. 3.

The writ petitions filed by other affected appointees, except these two petitioners, have already been considered and disposed of by this Court yesterday i.e. 21-4-2015 in W.P. (S) No.1211 of 2015 and other connected matters.

In view of the order passed in W.P. (S) No.1211 of 2015 and other connected matters, both these writ petitions also disposed of in the following terms :

• The respondents shall supply copy of the report of the Inquiry Committee to the petitioners within 15 days and thereafter grant them sufficient time to respond to the notice by filing reply or additional reply and thereafter pass final order after providing personal hearing to the petitioners, if any such request is made in writing.

• The entire exercise, as indicated above, shall be concluded within a period of two months from today.
