Mr. Paras Mani Shriwas, Advocate For State :
Mr. Ayaz Naved, Govt. Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board
10.08.2020
1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 01.01.2020 passed by the respondent no.6 i.e. the District Programme Officer, Women and Child Development Project, Janjgir. Vide the said order, the District Programme Officer has cancelled the work order issued to the petitioner's society for supply of "ready to eat food".
2. The impugned order dated 01.01.2020 itself very specifically envisages that in the event if the petitioner is aggrieved of the said order, an appeal could be preferred to the District Collector within 30 days. It appears that the petitioner has not availed the said remedy and has straightway filed the present writ petition after more than 8 months period.
3. In view of the same, reserving the right of the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the District Collector along with an application for condonation of delay explaining the delay, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
