Grievance of the petitioner is that claim for grant of salary for period of 15.07.1988 to 23.05.1990 for the time period of suspension and claim for regular pay scale is pending despite repeated representations.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, representation of the petitioner for grant of salary for the period of suspension and regular pay scale shall be decided within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
