On the last date of hearing, it was clearly ordered that if no reply is filed, appropriate order would be passed.

In the petition, the petitioner has come out with the grievance that despite there being an order of the State Government passed on 30-04-2015, the petitioner has not been allowed to join in any schools within the jurisdiction of Nagar Panchayat Sakri.

Once, there is an order of the State Government, local bodies are bound to comply with the directions of the State Government subject to the conditions incorporated in the order dated 30-04-2015. An order dated 05-02-2016 (Annexure P6) was issued by the Chief Municipal Officer, Nagar Panchayat Sakri, but till date, the petitioner has not been posted in any school. It is made clear that there is nothing on record that the order passed by the State Government has been cancelled. 4.

In view of above, it is directed that if the order passed by the State Government dated 30-04-2015 is not cancelled, the Head Master, Government Girls Middle School, Nagar Panchayat, Sakri shall accept the joining of the petitioner in the institution. 5.
