This writ petition is preferred for a direction to the respondents to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 22.12.2014 challenging the order of punishment of stoppage of two increments without cumulative effect passed against the petitioner on 11.08.2014. 3.

Considering the limited prayer, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the petitioner's appeal at the earliest, preferably within a period 6 months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order. JUDGE
