Short grievance ventilated through this petition is that after availing study leave when the petitioner submitted her joining in the college wherefrom she had proceeded on study leave, she has not been allowed to join nor any posting order has been issued to her and thus, she is without any work place of posting. 2.

It appears from the pleadings and documents that while the petitioner was posted as Assistant Veterinary Surgeon in the Veterinary Hospital at Bemetara, she availed study leave and was allowed to proceed on study leave vide order dated 28.10.2013. Thereafter, the petitioner was relieved from the college wherefrom she studied vide order dated 19.10.2015. Memo dated 23.10.2015 of the Deputy Director, Veterinary Services District Bemetara addressed to

-2Director, Veterinary Services Chhattisgarh shows that instructions have been sought with regard to posting of the petitioner. 3.

More than 9 months have elapsed without there being any order of the posting of the petitioner. This should have been avoided. Once the petitioner has submitted her joining after completing her study leave. She is required to be given proper posting.

4.

Now that the petitioner has submitted a representation on 30.04.2016, the Director, Veterinary Services Chhattisgarh is required to pass appropriate order in view of memo dated 23.10.2015 (Annexure P/6) of the Deputy Director, Veterinary Services Chhattisgarh, District Bemetara. 5.
