The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.07/2020 registered in Police Station Lundra, District - Sarguja C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 450, 294, 506B, 201 of the I.P.C.

3. Injured has sustained fracture of right fronto-temporal bone of head which was found to be grievous injury, therefore, no case for grant of bail at this stage is made out.
