Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order on Board 18/07/2016 1.
Heard.
2.
The short grievance of the petitioner is that the despite grant of higher pay scale vide order dated 16/12/2015 passed by State Government, the arrears of the pay scale, as per order, have not been paid to the petitioner till date.
3.
As higher pay scale has already been granted to the petitioner, and the State Government has also directed for grant of higher pay scale w.e.f. 01/04/2007 by its own order dated 16/12/2015, there is no reason why arrears should not have been paid to the petitioner by now even after one and half year.
4.
Let arrears be paid to the petitioner expeditiously. The competent
authority respondent No. 3- the District Ayurved Officer, Korba shall do well to ensure that the arrears of the petitioner is paid to him at the earliest preferably within a period of three weeks.
5.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition is finally disposed off. Sd/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Tiwari
