1. Present revision petition is directed against the order dated 16.4.2014 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Kanker in Miscellaneous Judicial Case No.39/2013 dismissing the application filed by the applicants herein for grant of interim maintenance.

2. Counsel for the applicants submits that purpose of filing this revision would be served if a direction is issued to the Court below to expeditiously decide the case pending before it.

3. Counsel for the respondent has no objection to the proposition put forth by the applicants. He further submits that the respondent will fully cooperate in early disposal of the matter and not seek unnecessary adjournments.

4. Considering the fair submissions made by the parties, this revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the Court below concerned to decide the case

pending before it as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of original record of the case. The Registry to immediately send back the original record to the court below.
