At the very outset, learned counsel for the parties would fairly submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No. 1025/2015 (Smt. Kusum Kanwar vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others) on 01/04/2015 and the present writ petition may be disposed of in similar terms. 2.
