1. The relief sought for by the petitioners in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider their case for regularization.
2. According to the petitioners, the respondents may be directed to consider their case in accordance with the circular dated 05.03.2008 issued by the State Govt. in this regard.
3. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, particularly taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners
are still working as a daily wage employee and that they have put in service for a considerable period of time, let the respondents consider the case of the petitioners for regularization in accordance with the circulars of the State Govt. particularly circular dated 05.03.2008 and any subsequent circular.
4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of expecting the respondents to decide the case of the petitioners, after due verification of the individual case, at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
