1. The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as she is arrested in connection with crime No.587/2020 registered in Police Station Kotwali, Distt. Rajnandgaon for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 419, 370 (4), 34 of the I.P.C.
2. Applicant along with co-accused Tarun abducted the victim girl, aged about 15 years and 11 months and took her to Nagpur, Bhopal and thereafter Rajasthan where she was
MCRC No. 4316 of 2021 sold to co-accused Ramkaran Meena for Rs. 1,25,000/- and was forcibly married with the said co-accused. Bail application of the co-accused Ramkaran Meena has already been dismissed twice by the Co-ordinate Bench in MCRC No.124 of 2021 and MCRC No.3425 of 2021.
3. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.
4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail.
