By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the transfer on certain personal grounds.

These grounds can be best examined by the transferring authority not by this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred representation. According to the transfer policy dated 11-06-2016, the representation against the transfer order is required to be considered by the transferring authority. The transferring authority shall consider the petitioner's representation and take appropriate decision within a period of four weeks. 4.
