(4) This review petition has been filed by the petitioners against the judgement dated 08.04.2015 passed in Second Appeal No.1301/1999. (5) After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners and after going through the record, I do not find any legal error apparent on the face of the record in the judgement under review.

(6) Accordingly, the review petition deserves to be and is accordingly dismissed.
