The transfer order is under challenge only on the ground that the petitioner is going to retire on 31.01.2017. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner brings to the notice of this Court the transfer policy clause 2.10 which provides that the Government servants, who are going to retire within one year, may be posted in their home district or a place of their choice if permissible under the general book circular instructions. 2.

The grounds which have been raised by the petitioner requires consideration by the respondents.

The petitioner has preferred a representation. Let the representation of the petitioner be decided by respondent No.1 within a period of four weeks as per transfer policy. For a period of four weeks, coercive steps shall not be taken against the petitioner. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
