He however submits that the trial court may be directed to decide the case expeditiously. To this, counsel for the State has no objection. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is directed that the trial court shall decide the case as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
