This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.1130/2019 registered at Police Station Sarkanda, District Bilaspur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 506, 450 of the IPC and Sections 4, 6 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 3.

At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to repeat the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.
