This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 2/2020, registered at Police Station-Salhewara, Distt. Rajnandgaon (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 306/34 of the IPC. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this third bail application with liberty to revive the same after statements of the parents of deceased are recorded. 3.

Accordingly, the third bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
