This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 13-07-2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though the application for stay of award was rejected, the employee is not being reinstated.

This Court did not pass any order of reinstatement. If the application for stay of execution of award has not been stayed, the petitioner has a remedy of seeking execution of award. Non payment of wages is also an

issue which can be raised in the pending writ petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
