Taking into consideration and the reason assigned in the application and the same being satisfactory, accordingly, I.A. No. 1 is allowed. The delay in filing the MCC of 554 days is condoned.
Also heard on MCC which has been preferred for restoration of W.P.(C) 2399/2014 which was dismissed for want of prosecution.
The reason assigned by the counsel in restoration application
being satisfactory and same is allowed.
Accordingly, MCC is allowed.
The order dated 23/01/2015 is recalled.
W.P.(C) No. 2399/2014 is restored to its original number. No order as to cost.
