1. Heard.
2. Admittedly, the petitioner has been refused permission to appear in the ongoing Semester Examination of B.Sc.(Agriculture) Course for the reason that he failed to pay certain dues including examination fees and other dues by way of on-line mode.
3. Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent-University would submit that the examinations are to begun from 26th of April, 2019, therefore, the petitioner's
petition suffers from delay and laches.
4. Considering the entire facts situation of the case and for the reason that the petitioner is otherwise eligible to appear in the examination, but has failed to get the permission to write the examination for a trivial default of non-payment of certain dues including the examination fee etc., ends of justice would be served if the petitioner is permitted to appear in the examination by depositing the above stated fees within a period of three days from today by way of on-line mode or under manual mode, whichever is convenient to the University, the petitioner shall be allowed to appear in the examination which is commencing from 26th of April, 2019.
5. It is ordered accordingly.
6. The writ petition is disposed of in the above stated terms.
