1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the nongranting of annual increment in spite of the petitioner having obtained

Diploma in Computer application and the intimation of which was immediately provided to the respondents.

2. The petitioner had made a representation in this regard on 27.01.2021 but till date the same has not been decided.

3. Given the said submission by the counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents 2 & 6 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner as regards the granting of annual increment on his obtaining Diploma, in accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
