This is first bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. preferred by the applicant before this Court and no other bail application is pending before any other Court.

Perused the case diary provided by the learned counsel for the State in connection with Crime No.185/2019 registered at Police Station- Mahasamund, DistrictMahasamund (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20(B) of NDPS Act. 3.
Case of the prosecution, in brief is that on 07.04.2019 about 12:00 hours, at Railway Station parking Mahasamund, Sub-Inspector Ashish Kansari posted at Police Station- Mahasamund seized 3.800 cannabis from the possession of applicant.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes the bail application, however, submits that there is no criminal antecedent against the applicant. 5.
Looking to the above facts and circumstances of the case, the application is allowed. It is directed that if the applicant furnishes one solvent surety for a sum of Rs. 25,000/- along with one personal bond of Rs. 25,000/- to the satisfaction of the trial Court concerned, he be released on bail. 6.
