1. The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.83/2021 registered in Police Station Sankra, District Mahasamund C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 20(B) of the NDPS Act.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer after two months.

3. In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
