1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.201/2020 registered in Police Station Kotwali, Ambikapur District Sarguja for offence under Section 509 (B) of the IPC, Sections 66 (C) & 66 (D) of the Information Technology Act and Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

2. This is the 2nd bail application on behalf of the applicant. The earlier bail application was dismissed without reserving any liberty in favour of the applicant.
