1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit that after the notice was issued in the contempt petition, pension of the petitioner has been finalized. This submission is supported by learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 that Pension Payment Order has already been issued. Learned counsel for the respondent would further submit that though payment under various heads have been made to the petitioner, quantum is disputed by the petitioner because according to the petitioner, he was entitled to more amount then what was actually paid.

2. This Court while disposing off the writ petition had not quantified the amount, but only directed release of various pensionary benefits and

-2finalization of pension.

3. It appears that amount which according to the respondent is due has been paid but the petitioner has a claim for payment of higher amount. That issue cannot be gone into the contempt petition Therefore, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file separate petition for unpaid claim, this petition is closed. Rule is discharged.
