Bhaduri, Government Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra Order On Board 06.08.2015 Learned counsel for the State, on instructions, would submit that since a consolidated recruitment process was initiated for recruitment of Laboratoy Technician in different colleges, although separate advertisements were issued college wise, the authorities are taking sometime to declare the result. As per the instructions, he would submit that depending upon the report of analysis of entire recruitment process, a decision would be taken within reasonable time. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition for consideration. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. However, depending upon the decision taken by the State Government, the petitioner would be at liberty to move afresh before this Court.
