This is the fourth bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.143/2018, registered at Police Station Civil Line, Bilaspur (CG), for offence punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(B) & 21(c)/22(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

First bail application for the applicant was dismissed as

withdrawn with liberty to file the same after examination of material witnesses vide order dated 23.7.2018 in M.Cr.C. No.4136 of 2018, second bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 21.6.2019 in M.Cr.C. No.921/2019 and the third bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 14.01.2020 in M.Cr.C. No.6642 of 2019.

After dismissal of the above applications, I do not find any new ground or change in circumstances to entertain this fourth application. Accordingly, the fourth bail application is also rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
