The petitioner has filed this petition against the transfer order according to which he has been declared surplus, which do not relate to jurisdiction or malafide in the matter of transfer, I am not inclined to interfere with the order when the petitioner has an efficacious alternative statutory remedy of filing an appeal under the Chhattisgarh Panchayat (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995.
