Versus

State of Chhattisgarh through Station House Officer, Police Station Kotadol, District Korea Chhattisgarh. --- Respondent 25.04.2018 Mrs. Hamida Siddiqui, counsel for the applicant. Mr. S.R.J. Jaiswal, Panel Lawyer, for the State. This is second bail application. The earlier one was dismissed on 27.07.2017.

At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant submits that she do not want to press this petition on merits and prays for grant of liberty to surrender and apply for regular bail before the concerned Court.

As prayed, this bail application filed u/s 438 Cr.P.C., is dismissed as not pressed.

The applicant, if so advised, may surrender and move regular bail application before the concerned Court. In the event of such an application being filed, the concerned Court shall consider and decide the same on merits, as early as possible.
