1. The applicants have preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as they are arrested in connection with crime No.73/2021 registered in Police Station Udaipur, District Sarguja C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 186, 353, 294, 392 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 51 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005.

2. The applicants have allegedly created ruckus, obstructed COVID-19 vaccination program which was happening at Gram Panchayat building, village Kawalgiri P.S. Udaipur, District Sarguja. They also looted one vial of COVID-19 vaccine.

3. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

4. Considering the fact that all the offences are triable by JMFC; applicants are in jail since 04.5.2021 i.e., for three months and the charge-sheet has already been filed, I am inclined to release the applicants on bail.

5. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
