1. The matter is heard through Video Conferencing.

2. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.187/2020 registered at Police Station- Amanaka, District Raipur, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to prosecute this bail application and seeks to withdraw the same.

4. Accordingly, the bail application MCRC No.4197 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.

MCRC No.2029 of 2021 & MCRC No.4422 of 2021 State counsel is directed to submit a report regarding status of these cases.
