The First Bail Application i.e. MCRC No. 5630/2020 was dismissed as withdrawn on 24/11/2020.

3) The applicant is arrested on 02/01/2019 in connection with Crime No. 01/2019 registered at Police Station Baghnadi, District Rajnandgaon (C.G.) for the offence under Section 302, 201 of Indian Penal Code.

4) At the outset on being asked by the Court learned counsel for the applicant informs that evidence of all the witnesses have been recorded so far except that of the Investigating Officer. He seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to direct the learned Trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously.

5) In view of above, the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, looking to the period of custody, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
