1. The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as she is arrested in connection with crime No.145/2021 registered in Police Station Akaltara District Janjgir-Champa C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 34(2) of the C.G. Excise Act.

2. Although the quantity of illicit possession of liquor recovered from the applicant is 7.560 bulk liters, the applicant has two

MCRC No. 4514 of 2021 more pending cases of similar nature of crime which were committed in the year 2020, therefore, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail.

3. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed, however, liberty is reserved in favour of the applicant to revive the prayer after two months.
