Shri Jitendra Shrivastava, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 30.06.2021 The only issue which the petitioner in the present writ petition has raised is that the petitioner is not being granted grade pay and the benefit of dearness allowance which otherwise he is entitled for and for which there are already recommendations made by the authorities in the Department. 2.

It appears that subsequent to the letter dated 04.01.2018 which has been issued by the Assistant Registrar of respondent no.1 University the petitioner has till date not filed any representation for redressal of his grievance.

Given the facts, let the petitioner prefer a representation within a period of 15 days from today to the respondents 1 & 2 who in turn shall

decide the same within a further outer limit of 60 days. It is expected that the authority concerned shall objectively decide the representation of the petitioner and while deciding the same shall take into consideration various correspondences made by the authorities in this regard. 4.
