2. Petitioner/Appellant, a Patwari was unsuccessful before learned Single Judge in his challenge to the order of posting from one Patwari Halka to another Patwari Halka in the same Sub Division. Transfer being an incidence of service and the petitioner having been transferred from one Halka to another Halka, therefore, there is no substance in this writ appeal.
