Shri Shashank Thakur,Govt. Advocate for the State. The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPL No.81 of 2017 which stood dismissed vide peremptory order dated 23.03.2017. For the reasons assigned in the application and finding them to be satisfactory, this court is of the opinion that strong case is made out for restoration of the petition.

Accordingly, the present MCC is allowed and Writ Petition (L) No.81 of 2017 is restored to its original number.
